TotalTek's leadership spans the full breadth of the company's capabilities. Our SAP and AI Innovation team brings decades of hands-on ERP implementation, Application Managed Services, and S/4HANA modernization experience — with practitioners who started their careers at SAP America and built companies from the ground up. Our PMO Center of Excellence is led by a seasoned program management executive with over 20 years of delivering complex, large-scale corporate programs on time and within budget. Our Maritime practice is guided by a retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral and former NAVSEA Chief Engineer, supported by a government services director who brings 20 years of shipboard operations and defense acquisition expertise. And behind it all is a marketing, sales, and HR leadership team that ensures TotalTek attracts the right talent, reaches the right clients, and operates as a company its people are proud to be part of.
