As the leader of the TotalTek PMO, Linda is passionate about providing customized solutions and guidance on industry leading best practices to clients across many verticals, business partners and team members.
Linda Lindstrom is the Vice President of TotalTek's PMO Center of Excellence, where she leads one of the company's most strategically vital practice areas — helping organizations build, optimize, and scale project management capabilities that deliver real, measurable outcomes across complex enterprise programs.
With more than 20 years of experience in program management, portfolio governance, project management office (PMO) design, and organizational change management (OCM), Linda brings a depth of expertise that is genuinely rare. Her career has spanned multiple industries and organizational contexts, giving her the ability to meet clients where they are — whether they're standing up a PMO from scratch, rescuing a derailed program, or seeking to mature an existing delivery framework to keep pace with organizational growth.
At TotalTek, Linda is responsible for designing and delivering customized PMO strategies that help enterprise clients execute high-stakes programs within scope, on schedule, and on budget. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. She begins by listening — deeply understanding each organization's structure, culture, and strategic priorities — before developing a tailored roadmap that addresses the root causes of delivery challenges rather than just their symptoms.
