VP of Finance
Kellie Allison brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, and enterprise leadership across both public and private sectors. She is a results-driven executive known for strengthening financial performance, leading organizational transformation, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and compliance.
Prior to joining TotalTek, Kellie served as the CFO for the DC Courts, where she led financial strategy, operations, and oversight for a complex public sector organization. She also served as the Director of Finance at AmeriCorps, managing large-scale finance and budget operations, and implementing process improvements to strengthen financial management and support data-driven decision-making.
Kellie previously held key financial leadership roles within the federal government, including the Defense Logistics Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In these roles, she developed financial policy, led high-priority and high-visibility initiatives, and directed audit remediation efforts to resolve material weaknesses and drive sustainable financial and operational reform.
Kellie also brings valuable private sector experience, having begun her career as an accountant with Whole Foods Market, followed by accounting roles with Black Hills Power. She later served as Assistant Controller for the Rapid City Journal, where she supported financial operations, reporting, and internal controls.
Kellie holds a BBA, an MBA, and a master's degree in government information and leadership, along with a graduate certificate in Forensic Accounting. A native of Pennsylvania, Kellie resides in Washington, DC, and enjoys swimming, biking, running, and has a passion for travel and experiencing new cuisines and local flavors with her husband, Nick.
