SeaForgeTM Consulting is a specialist maritime team built by people who have lived your reality in shipbuilding. Our consultants are nuclear-trained former commanding officers, chief engineers, reactor officers, naval architects, lifecycle managers, program managers SUBSAFE and technical authority experts. Our team is led by the former NAVSEA 05 Chief Engineer, RDML (Ret) Jason Lloyd.

We have led in Lifecycle Modernization and Maintenance of Aircraft Carriers, Surface Ships, Submarines and Manned and Unmanned Submersibles to ensure that Navy ships continue to meet ever changing operational requirements of Naval vessels. We have managed technical issues with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVSEA 08, and even commercial standards.
We have a detailed understanding of Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE), Fly- by-Wire (FBW), and Deep Submergence Systems, Scope of Certification (DSS-SOC) requirements and can assist companies to become qualified to perform work in these areas.
We have a detailed understanding of Program Management of Navy ships and systems including government contracting, Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), and the Defense Acquisition processes.
