Danielle Goodall is the Director of Human Resources at TotalTek, where she serves as the architect of the company's people strategy — building the systems, programs, and culture that allow TotalTek to attract, develop, and retain top talent across its SAP consulting, PMO, and Maritime practices.
With more than 12 years of human resources experience spanning startups, mid-market companies, and established corporations, Danielle brings a breadth of perspective that few HR leaders can match. She has navigated the full spectrum of organizational environments — from fast-moving early-stage companies where HR has to be built from the ground up, to complex, matrixed enterprises where policy, compliance, and culture must coexist at scale. That range has made her exceptionally adaptive and pragmatic, someone who knows how to tailor people practices to the reality of the organization she's serving, not just the textbook definition of what HR should look like.
At TotalTek, Danielle is responsible for the full scope of human resources operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, compliance, and learning and development. She has been instrumental in shaping TotalTek's identity as a Military Friendly® Employer — championing veteran hiring initiatives, implementing a comprehensive military leave policy, and ensuring that the company's support for active reservists and military spouses goes well beyond policy language and into everyday practice.
Danielle is equally passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a minority-owned enterprise, TotalTek holds itself to a high standard when it comes to building a workforce that reflects the communities it serves — and Danielle is the driving force behind making that commitment real. From inclusive recruiting practices and bias-aware hiring processes to equitable compensation structures and leadership development pathways for underrepresented employees, she ensures that TotalTek's DEI values are operationalized, not just aspirational.
Her track record speaks for itself: Danielle has consistently delivered measurable improvements in employee engagement, reduced turnover, and HR strategies that align directly with business growth objectives. She approaches human resources not as an administrative function but as a strategic lever — one that, when pulled thoughtfully, creates competitive advantage through people.
Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and brings the values of her home state — pragmatism, hard work, and genuine care for the people around her — to everything she does at TotalTek.
