Brad Nicolaisen is Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth & AI Innovation at TotalTek, where he leads the company's SAP, PMO, and AI Innovation initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, business strategy, and innovation, Brad is known for building high-value service offerings, advancing practical AI solutions, and helping clients turn complex technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
Brad began his SAP career at SAP America as a Platinum-level consultant and project manager, gaining foundational experience at the source of the SAP ecosystem. In 1999, he founded et alia, an SAP reseller, implementation partner, and solution development partner focused on project-based industries including construction, engineering, and general contracting. Under his leadership, et alia developed a significant portfolio of SAP-based enhancements designed to address the operational and financial complexity of project-driven businesses, including capabilities such as Change Order Management, Forecasting, Union Payroll, and Subcontractor Management. The firm became known for combining deep SAP expertise with purpose-built industry functionality that extended the value of the SAP platform. Following the successful sale of et alia to InEight, a subsidiary of Kiewit, Brad went on to serve in executive leadership roles focused on strategy, operations, and growth.
At TotalTek, Brad's leadership is centered on helping organizations modernize SAP environments, strengthen delivery models, and apply AI in ways that are practical, scalable, and outcome-driven. His work reflects a strong point of view: innovation should not be theoretical. It should improve performance, accelerate decision-making, reduce friction, and create competitive advantage.
Brad holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. That combination of engineering discipline and business acumen continues to shape his approach to solving complex enterprise challenges and driving strategic growth.
