TotalTek’s Managed Resource Program includes tailored recruiting plans, vetting, team assembly (collectively referred to as Resource Architecting), onboarding and on-going management – with further control over the addition and removal of resources. Management of the team is overseen by the TotalTek Practice Lead.

Our Direct Hire Placement Delivery Model mirrors our Staff Augmentation Model, with the exception that the placement is a full time member of your team. Customers request resources with a defined set of skills, and TotalTek will source and screen the top resources needed.
