With Outsourcing, the engagement may or may not be for one of the services TotalTek provides. Generally, our outsourcing does not include internal resources – except as an oversight.

TotalTek uses internal resources to carry out one or more segments of SDLC. If the engagement is a mix of both internal and external resources, it could be considered Outsourcing; this would typically be a game-time call.

TotalTek’s Managed Resource Program includes tailored recruiting plans, vetting, team assembly (collectively referred to as Resource Architecting), onboarding and on-going management – with further control over the addition and removal of resources. Management of the team is overseen by the TotalTek Practice Lead.

With our Staff Augmentation model, customers request a number of resources with a defined skill set for a certain amount of time. TotalTek then recruits for that skill set and places the candidate. Hiring clauses may apply. There is no monitoring of resources by TotalTek after placement.

Our Direct Hire Placement Delivery Model mirrors our Staff Augmentation Model, with the exception that the placement is a full time member of your team. Customers request resources with a defined set of skills, and TotalTek will source and screen the top resources needed.
