Brock Bauer


Brock leads the strategic direction for TotalTek North America’s integrated marketing initiatives involving technology branding solutions strategy, technology, customer experience, and technology delivery.

Brock has served as an instrumental leader in driving business revenue through Technology Solutions for almost 20 years. Additionally, he has been an ongoing thought leader, targeting information technology and the growing IT industry.

His wide-ranging skillset and data-driven strategies improve the way TotalTek communicates the evolving landscape of Technology Solutions.

Chris Mader

Vice President of Sales

Chris Mader joined the TotalTek team as the Vice President of Sales in February 2022 bringing more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. His responsibilities will include overseeing business development efforts and ensuring success with TotalTek’s customers. Additionally, Chris will be working on several internal business initiatives including enhancing & improving the onboarding, training & development for all TotalTek employees.

Prior to joining the team as VP of Sales at TotalTek, he was a VP of Sales for a Top five Healthcare staffing firm & was responsible for a $100M portfolio of business supporting hospitals & health systems. Prior to his work in healthcare, he worked for one of the largest IT staffing & services firms in the world as the Vice President of Growth Strategy & Development, where his responsibilities included supporting the global board of directors.

Chris attended Rollins College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & Business Administration and has been an adjunct professor for two prominent universities.


Jacob Mintner


Jacob Mintner is an Accounting Leader with over 12 years of experience in the industry. As the Controller of TotalTek, Jacob leads the company’s financial reporting, accounting, and related internal controls functions. He oversees accounting policies and procedures along with reporting controls.

He is a great leader and coaches with passion to maintain a highly functioning team and has a multitude of career accomplishments pertaining to internal projects, all while maintaining vendor, client, and banking relationships.

With an MBA in Accounting and concentration in Finance, Jacob has implemented many process improvements within the field, including, planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions, as well as financial reporting and budgeting. Several of Jacob’s personal interests include softball, golf, hiking, biking, and skiing.

Chad Vander Loop

Business Operations Manager

Chad Vander Loop is the Business Operations Manager who focuses on managing and building engineering teams nationwide.

His extensive background in workforce solutions has given him the ability to provide customized delivery methods in niche industries.

His passion and determination to keep up with the latest industry trends has contributed to his success with Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.

Through his personable and consultative approach, he has been able to help customers reach their goals and objectives while also making their lives easier and less stressful.


Rema Momberg


Rema Momberg is a Human Resources leader with over 13 years’ experience. She drives the strategic direction and planning for the HR function. Rema has a passion for building and driving culture through people and strategy. Collaboration and integrity are values at the center of her human resources philosophy in supporting the company, it’s leaders and employees.

As a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and Learning and Development Strategist she brings experience building and leading full cycle HR function. Areas of expertise including employee relations, HR policy, HRIS, compensation, performance management, benefit design, administration and employee development.

In her time outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and reading,
