Brad Nicolaisen brings over 25 years of SAP, business management, and entrepreneurial experience to TotalTek. Nicolaisen began his SAP career in 1995 at SAP America as a Platinum-level SAP consultant and Project Manager.

In 1999, Brad founded “et alia, LLC,” an SAP license reselling and implementation partner, and he served as President and Managing Partner for 15 years.  et alia developed a highly customized, proprietary construction industry solution containing functionality for construction, engineering, general contracting, and project-based businesses.  In 2014, Brad sold et alia to InEight, Inc, a construction technology subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive VP of Strategy.

Originally from Wisconsin, Nicolaisen currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He enjoys outdoor running and long walks with his 2-year-old Weimaraner, Riven. Nicolaisen holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
