Jason Lloyd brings over 35 years of operations management, project management, contract oversight, acquisition and engineering leadership to TotalTek.   Lloyd began his U.S. Navy career in 1986 when he enlisted in the Naval Nuclear Power program.

In 1992, Lloyd was commissioned as a naval officer in the Naval Nuclear Power program.  He served on a nuclear cruiser and nuclear aircraft carriers.   He was the first Reactor Officer on the USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78).  He served as the Commanding Officer of Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia where he oversaw Aircraft Carrier Refueling Complex Overhauls, Aircraft Carrier New Construction, Submarine Overhauls and Submarine New Construction programs.  He served his final four years on active duty as the Naval Sea Systems Command Chief Engineer and retired from the Navy in 2024.

Originally from Tennessee, Lloyd currently resides with his wife Dulcey in Alexandria, Virginia.  He enjoys cycling, swimming and pool time with his two yellow Labrador retrievers, Willow and Winston.  Lloyd holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
