TotalTek is seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to join the company’s Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting for the TotalTek SAP division to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner. The SAP Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring highly skilled SAP professionals across various roles and levels. This position requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

•    Gather and understand business and technical requirements for all active and proactive recruitment projects while working closely with SAP department leads and hiring managers
•    Facilitate the talent acquisition process through the contacting, presentation, screening, qualifying, and internal delivery of highly qualified talent.
•    Screen and assess candidates’ technical abilities and company fit, to ensure each candidate is the best fit for the role and organization.
•    Complete the talent delivery process upon client selection through interview preparation/coordination, offer negotiation, closing, compliance setup, and related administrative requirements including documentation, tracking, and reporting protocols as established or assigned.
•    Contact, establish, and develop synergy with internal and external stakeholders to develop highly beneficial professional relationships and personal branding that supports the intent and goals of the division and harnesses industry trends, technologies, and innovations.
•    Contribute to the growth of the organization by providing creative ideas with effective communication processes to gain new or refine the current access to human capital.
•    Be able to comprehend internal assets vs. capabilities to prioritize directed and/or assigned responsibilities

•    Speak directly with hiring managers and related stakeholders as directed in order to facilitate process and project completion.
•    Manage and refine continual relationships with all placed personnel or as assigned
•    Utilize internal systems and follow processes as assigned or directed including but not limited to forms protocols, applicant tracking systems, vendor management systems, etc.
•    All other tasks and duties as assigned

•    Strong understanding of SAP, including SAP modules, technologies, certifications, roles and responsibilities and industry best practices.
•    Effective communication skills to positively align with candidates and hiring manager
•    Proficiency in finding top tier talent utilizing sourcing tools, job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems and SAP communities
•    Excellent attention to details skills to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
•    Excellent communication skills (orally and written)
•    Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

•    Associates degree in Business, Sociology, Human Resources, Management, Communications, Marketing, or other- related studies
•    3+ years of sales and/or recruiting experience or experience in another related field
•    Minimum of 2 years experience focused on SAP and IT recruiting

•    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as necessary
•    Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
•    Occasionally move throughout office environment
•    Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance
•    Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment
