  • Under the direction of the Superintendent Manufacturing, Saukville, the Project Engineer will be responsible for safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost reduction, productivity, and continuous improvements in their assigned areas
  • Monitor production builds
  • This involves working closely with Production Supervisors, Floor Associates and Design Engineers to ensure production problems are resolved in a timely manner
  • Coordinate introduction of new products to production
  • Work closely with Design Engineering, Marketing, the Materials Group and the Production Floor to effectively implement new products into production
  • Learn processes in the area and provide technical support for and monitor critical processes in the department
  • Monitor new technical developments for possible application in the department
  • Responsible for routings of all products produced in Sauk on Residential assembly lines
  • Rebalancing the line for different sales requirements
  • Provide support to Change Implementation Board (CIB) to ensure effective implementation of changes occur within the department
  • Develop and implement capital projects as required
  • Responsible for PLC use as related to helping to diagnose and root cause solve line control faults
  • Maintain / create / update ISO documents / procedures for the area of responsibility
  • Stand in for production supervision when they are out of the office
  • Be a part of, and at times lead, 3rd party approval audits related to their assembly line, such as CSA, SWRI and others as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET Accredited)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required
