The Junior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will join a team responsible for supporting and enhancing talent acquisition software deployed to healthcare staffing teams across the country. This role will focus on implementing product features and improvements that align with corporate goals and maximize user efficiency and productivity. Essential Job Responsibilities
Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and lead industry trends.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their process and data requirements to come up with robust solutions that meet their objectives and outcomes.
Conduct relevant research, data analysis and document artifacts.
Gather, analyze, validate requirements for changes to processes and systems.
Support documentation of features, user stories, acceptance criteria, development of epics.
Confers with technical experts on proposed solutions to confirm work effort and schedule.
Tests system modifications to prepare for implementation, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing work.
Perform application configuration including user management, administrative functions, workflows, process builders, data management, and creation of reports.
Participate in system problem solving efforts, identifying system defects, and system bug resolution.
Work with support center/team to analyze bug tickets for common issues and questions to identify knowledge or technical gaps and create training or solutions.
Participate in creating and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
Train and mentor users on standard process and best practices across the system.
Actively develops, promotes, and applies project management techniques to assigned work and activities.

Motivated learner with a high aptitude for problem-solving, IT and software configuration
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years application support and systems experience.
1+ years experience with Salesforce product suite (Salescloud, communities) preferred.
Healthcare or staffing industry experience preferred.
Positions will focus on areas of support including Sales/Recruitment/Marketing, Compliance/Quality/HR, and Payroll/Finance.
